1. Service Description
TechRoundtable provides managed digital roundtables, virtual events, event moderation, and content creation services (“Services”) for business clients and registered users.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.
3. Account Registration
Some services require you to register and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining your account’s confidentiality.
4. Event Participation
- You agree to participate respectfully and professionally in all TechRoundtable events.
- TechRoundtable may record events for content and quality purposes. By joining, you consent to being recorded and for your contributions (voice, image, chat, etc.) to be used in marketing and content repurposing, unless you notify us in writing before the event.
5. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
- All service fees are clearly stated prior to booking or registration.
- Payment terms are agreed upon separately for client engagements. For public events, payments (if any) are due at the time of registration.
- Cancellation and refund policies are provided at the time of booking; contact us for details specific to your engagement.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content produced by TechRoundtable (including recordings, presentations, documents, and marketing materials) is owned by Relevant LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials without explicit permission.
7. User Content
- Any content you submit (questions, chat, presentations) must not violate any third-party rights, laws, or TechRoundtable’s event guidelines.
- You grant TechRoundtable a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your submitted content for event and marketing purposes.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other participants.
- Share misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.
- Interfere with the operation or security of our site or services.
9. Disclaimers
- TechRoundtable provides services “as is” and does not guarantee any specific business results.
- We do not provide legal, financial, or other professional advice. Consult your own advisors before acting on event content.
10. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, Relevant LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- Maximum liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you to TechRoundtable in the previous 12 months.

Our site may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use signifies acceptance.
